It is indeed Switzerland... would have been a great question if you'd remembered to cover/remove "Borough of Meiringen" from the top of the sign... lol

Ouch! I didn't intend to make it so easy. Good eye, Jenny. I can't even read "Meiringen" on my computer.
Does anybody out there know -- or care to guess -- where your host's loving spouse took this photo of him? Here is one clue: It wasn't in the UK!
